Time Recording Features
Time Management involves providing users with a suite of tools that allow capture of time spent performing billable (or non-billable) tasks.
SaasCase gives users the ability to store all time spent on cases or practice tasks using its inbuilt Time Recording software.
- Case Time Recorder – Create a Case Timer when you enter a case, the system will keep a count of how long you have been working on case tasks.
- Manual Time Entry – Manual entry for tasks you have completed away from the system or for miscellaneous items.
- Rates – Store rates alongside standard time entry descriptions, also allow these to be overridden.
- Attach to a case – Store all time logged either against a specific case, or just log time against ad-hoc tasks.
